• Consulting Services: Once a consulting session is delivered, it is non-refundable.
• Custom Development: No refunds are offered after the development work has commenced unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
• Subscription Plans or Monthly Contracts: You may cancel with 7 days' prior notice. Refunds for prepaid months are not guaranteed and will be assessed case-by-case.
• Trial Services: If a free or trial period is offered, you are responsible for canceling before the billing cycle begins. No refunds are issued after billing.
• Disputes: If you believe a refund is warranted, contact us within 5 days of delivery with full details at info@staffagileit.com.

All refund decisions made by StaffAgileIT will be final.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StaffAgileIT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
